Maximize productivity and timeliness with the time in status reminder feature

In the world of business, deadlines and efficiency play a crucial role. Forgotten or overdue issues can lead to serious problems and negatively impact a company's reputation. We offer you a solution to maximize productivity and meet deadlines - our time in status reminder feature.

Problem

Are you familiar with these scenarios?

  • Issues left in the "to do" status for several days are missed or forgotten.

  • Team communication suffers due to insufficient attention to overdue issues.

  • Clients are dissatisfied due to project delays.

Solution: Time in status reminder feature

Our reminder will notify you when an issue remains in "to do" status for more than 3 days.
To set up a reminder in this way, follow these simple step-by-step instructions:

  1. Start creating a reminder as instructed.

  2. In step 3, set:

    1. Date - This is the date when Simple Reminder will start checking the specified condition for the current question.

    2. Time - This is the time at which Simple Reminder will check the specified condition for the current question. If the condition is met, it will send a notification.

    3. Recurring - Repeat every 1 day.

    4. Condition - createdDate < endOfDay(-3d) AND status = "To Do" AND NOT status CHANGED AFTER -3d

  3. Once configured, click the Create button.

In this configuration, the recipient will receive a reminder every day as long as the issue is in "to do" status for more than 3 days.
