End-User License Agreement

Welcome to Simple Team apps. By accessing and using our any services provided by Simple Team ("Service"), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Simple Team reserves the right to update and modify these Terms of Service at our discretion and without prior notice. Any new features, tools, or resources that enhance the Service will be subject to these Terms of Service.

Your continued use of the Service following any changes signifies your acceptance of those changes. Please review the most current version of these Terms of Service at End-User License Agreement.

Violation of any of the terms outlined below may result in the termination of your account. While Simple Team prohibits certain conduct and content on the Service, please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for user-generated content. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept any associated risks.

Account Terms

  1. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service.

  2. User accounts must be created and operated by humans; automated or bot accounts are not permitted.

  3. To complete the signup process, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other requested details.

  4. Each login may only be used by a single individual; sharing logins among multiple users is not allowed. You can create separate logins as per your subscription plan's provisions.

  5. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Simple Team will not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from your failure to meet these security obligations.

  6. You are responsible for all content posted and activities conducted under your account, even if the content is posted by others with accounts under your supervision.

  7. The Service must not be used for any illegal or unauthorized activities, and you must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws.

Payment, Refunds, Upgrading, and Downgrading Terms

  1. Free accounts do not require the submission of credit card details. Payments for Simple Team solutions are processed through our designated payment channels, and no credit card information is needed.

  2. Upgrading from a free plan to any paid plan will result in immediate billing.

  3. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months, plan upgrades or downgrades, or unused months with an active account.

  4. All fees exclude taxes, levies, or duties imposed by relevant taxing authorities, and you are responsible for their payment.

  5. For plan upgrades or downgrades, your credit card will be automatically charged at the new rate during your next billing cycle.

  6. Downgrading your Service may lead to the loss of content, features, or account capacity. Simple Team is not liable for such losses.

Cancellation and Termination

  1. You are responsible for correctly canceling your account. Email or phone requests are not considered valid cancellations. You can cancel your account at any time by accessing the "Change account" link in the global navigation bar and deleting the selected account.

  2. All your content will be deleted from the Service within three months of cancellation, and it cannot be recovered.

  3. If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid month, your cancellation will take immediate effect, and no further charges will be incurred.

  4. Simple Team reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refusing any present or future use of the Service, for any reason and at any time. This termination will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account, along with the forfeiture of all associated content. We retain the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion.

Modifications to the Service and Prices

  1. Simple Team reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service, either temporarily or permanently, at any time and without notice.

  2. Prices for all services, including monthly subscription plan fees, are subject to change with a 30-day notice period, which may be communicated within the Service.

  3. Simple Team shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Copyright and Content Ownership

  1. Simple Team does not claim any intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and uploaded content remain your property.

  2. While Simple Team does not pre-screen content, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or remove any content available through the Service.

  3. The look and feel of the Service are protected by copyright and are the property of Simple Team. Simple Team's name and logos are trademarks owned by Simple Team. No portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements may be duplicated, copied, or reused without explicit written permission from Simple Team. The use of the Simple Team name also requires express written permission.
